Returns + Exchanges
As Idlewood Bespoke creates one-of-a-kind custom pieces, we do not offer returns. However, we will work to ensure that you are satisfied with your new products. As long as you closely follow the measurement guide, your suit should fit very close to spot on. If your suit needs any alterations after you receive it, please take it to your local alterations place, send us a photo of your receipt, and we will reimburse you the full amount. In the rare case that your suit is unable to be altered in a satisfactory manner, we will diagnose the issue and make you a new suit. We want you to be fully satisfied with the end result.
The only scenario in which we will offer a full refund is if you specify you need the suit(s) by a certain date and we do not deliver on time. Again, if your suit does not fit properly for whatever reason, we will work with you to rectify the problem through either alterations from your local tailor or we will make you a new suit.
